Meatloaf
Yields: 6-8 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 cup Panko crumbs
1 cup finely chopped/diced onion
1 cup bell pepper diced
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp Accent seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp steak seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (15.5 oz) can Manwich Bold sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef, Panko crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of the Manwich sauce and mustard. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf tough.
Shape the Loaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow baking pan.
First Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Drain any excess liquid from the pan.
Add Topping: Pour the remaining Manwich sauce evenly over the loaf.
Second Bake: Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until it is cooked through and a meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 160°F (70°C).
Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy your easy and flavorful Manwich Meatloaf!
