Chessmen Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
12 oz whipped cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cups milk (for the vanilla pudding mix)
5-6 oz French vanilla pudding mix (2 boxes)
6-8 bananas, sliced
3 bags of chessmen cookies

Small to medium mixing bowl
Medium to large mixing bowl
Hand mixer
9x13 inch dish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pudding:
In a small to medium bowl, prepare the French vanilla pudding mix according to the package instructions using the 4 cups of milk. Set aside.
2. Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium to large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.
3. Combine Pudding and Cream Cheese:
Add the prepared vanilla pudding to the cream cheese mixture.
Mix gently by hand until thoroughly combined.
4. Add Whipped Cream:
Add the 12 oz of whipped cream to the mixture.
Use a spatula and hand-blend until everything is smoothly incorporated.
5. Slice the Bananas:
Slice the bananas into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
6. First Cookie Layer:
Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with one bag of Chessmen cookies, forming the first layer.
7. First Banana Layer:
Layer approximately half of the sliced bananas over the Chessmen cookies.
8. First Pudding Layer:
Pour half of the pudding mixture over the banana and cookie layers, ensuring even coverage.
9. Second Layers:
Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8:
Add another layer of Chessmen cookies.
Add the remaining sliced bananas.
Add the remaining pudding mixture.
10. Final Cookie Layer:
Top the pudding with the remaining bag of Chessmen cookies.
11. Chill and Serve:
Cover the dish and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to set and the cookies to soften.
